What our contact forms collect
When you fill out a form on this site — whether it’s the general contact form or the form on a specific team member’s page — we ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. That’s it. You only share what you choose to type in.
When you submit a form, that information is emailed to the right person: a form on a team member’s page goes to that team member, and the general office form goes to our office. We use what you send only to respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Spam protection
To keep automated spam and abuse off our forms, the site records the IP address you submit from and the time of your submission. We use this only to limit how often forms can be sent from the same place and to block bad actors. It’s operational housekeeping — kept only briefly and not used to build a profile of you.
Backups
We keep secure backups of the website so we can restore it if something goes wrong. Backups are stored in the agency’s own private cloud storage and are used only to recover the site, not for any other purpose.
Cookies
This site uses only the standard cookies that WordPress sets to make the website work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers to follow you around the web.
Other services we use
Our website is hosted by Bluehost, which stores the website’s files and data on our behalf.
